MEET THE TEAM

Thomas Lilleyman 

MEng | MSc | MBA | CEng | FIMEchE


Tom is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.  Having started his engineering career in the British Army he has worked around the globe in many challenging and interesting locations.   He has over 15 years of technical design and management leadership in the Built Environment on projects up to £200M.  Tom has worked in a wide range of building sectors and has considerable experience within the 

sustainability arena.  He is just as comfortable in the strategic development of transformative programmes through to the technical intricacies of performance improvement and has been involved in projects ranging from developing renewable energy strategies at the national level to generation rationalisation in small off grid applications.


Nick Spicer

FRGS | BA Hons


Nick is a former infantry officer in the British Army, serving with the 3rd Battalion, The Yorkshire Regiment (Duke of Wellingtons) and deploying on operations globally including commanding the last combat unit in Baghdad, Iraq in 2008.  Since leaving the military Nick has been working within the renewable energy industry; delivering multi MWs of clean energy capacity in the UK along with international development projects overseas.  Nick established and founded Your Eco which has gained an enviable national reputation for the design, supply and installation of high quality solar PV and energy storage assets into infrastructure across a variety of sectors. This sees the business working on carbon reduction projects across private estates and stately homes, through to projects across the agricultural, commercial and construction sectors for the likes of The Duchy of Cornwall and National Trust through to Tesco and the NHS.  Further afield Nick has delivered and overseen solar and hydro programmes in remote regions of the Himalayas in Nepal through to building out off-grid systems in the British Virgin Island’s along with developing clean energy infrastructure projects in the Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo on the use of renewables in support of economic development to reduce conflict.
